Description:

Heavy base, appears to be marble or stone. Brass arm and lamp cover. The arm swivels in base, but does not turn up. Designed for top of a piano or shelf. Did not test with bulb, but the electrical appears to be intact. The arm is a little loose on base, and the lamp cover is a little loose when turning.
