Very good condition for age. Top is 68.5" tall. Overall it is 48" wide and 22.5" deep. The surface in each side is 36" high. The mirror is beveled, and is 43.25" high and 22" wide. The top section separates from the lower section, and is held in place by wooden pegs. Quarter-sawn Oak throughout. Has a large single drawer along the bottom, with 2 drawers on each side. The mirror has crackling in the backing, and there are some small dark areas on the upper right side and surface - see pics. Otherwise it is in very good condition, and useable as is.
