Runs well and works, but needs a little TLC. Has a 3.5 hp Briggs & Stratton Motor. The throttle control by the handles is not connected, but the throttle and choke are easily controlled with sliding controls on side of motor. Needs new blade - it is well worn, something spilled on the belt so it is greasy, and the front two tires are missing a spacer or 2 - they move back and forth on the axle.
