All wood, and has the seat and the electrical unit for the top with fan and light. 83" tall, and the sides are all 30.5" wide. The upper electrical has a light behind the front Telephone sign. Owner tells us this was in her bar in the bay area for many years. Appears to be all original, including the linoleum over the wood floor. Missing the upper door hardware that slides in the top groove - see pics, and the telephone itself. Also needs the neon light and repairs to the electrical in the top section.
