Description:

All steel and very well made. Originally was an instrument box, but the instrument is not inside. Made by Jetcal. Has a lower storage box, and an upper box with several trays inside. All clamps together. With both boxes clamped together, the top is 23.5" high, and it is 21" long and 15" wide. The top of the handle is 35" high, and the handle adjusts to different position. Tires are solid rubber.
