The table has a metal tube frame, and the top tilts up for storage.
The top is vinyl covered with a band around the outside. The top is in very good condition and shows little use
With the top flat, it is 28" high and 29" x 29"
Each of the luggage stands is 20.5" tall, with a platform on top that is 22" x 14", and folds up for storage
