Description:

  • Can be window or wall-mounted in the frame. All of the neon tubes are intact, only the main lights work. There is a small orange light at the top and bottom that do not work. The glass on both is intact, so it appears to be an electrical problem. Otherwise, all in good condition. Outside the frame is 32.5” tall and 34” wide.
