  • The handcuffs are locked, with no key. They are iron, and are old, not reproductions. Believed to be police handcuffs from around 1900. The Nickel Babbitt Bar is marked as Premier, by N-F Metals, Seattle. It is 8.75” long, 2.25” wide and about .75” thick.
