Works well, the neon tube is in very good condition. Has a frame around the outside. Can sit flat inside the window. Pull chain for on/off
The outside of the frame is just over 24” wide and 13.5” tall. The outside of the neon circle is 23” wide
The transformer is made by the France Company in Fairview, TN
Shows some age, but is in very good working condition
