Description:

The larger is a watercolor on paper, by Lori Rase Hall. It is signed 'L. Rase 90'. It is 16" wide and 20" tall, in a metal frame with glass front
The other is an oil painting on canvas panel. It is signed 'Geer 1964' in the top right corner, and believed to be by BJ Geer. It is in a wood frame, measure 15" x 18" on the outside.
Both are in good condition
