Both are in good working condition, and have been in use until recently. Both are on pedestals with storage underneath
The washing machine is Sanyo Model WF218ANB/XAA with Vibration Reduction Technology. Manufacture date appears to be 09-2008
The gas dryer is Sanyo Model DV218AEB/XAA. Manufacture date appears to be 09-2008
Both show some wear on the outside, and the dryer has some light white paint splatter, but both are in good working condition
Both are currently connected. Buyer will need to disconnect and can have any connections. Buyer will need help to load, both need to come down some outside cement steps
