Both are all metal. The bird on the weathervane actually flaps its wings in the wind, they are balanced with the weights. The bird can be adjusted up or down to make it flap more or less. It needs to be re-mounted on the stake, the attachment for the stake has broken off, easy fix. It has a lot of character and is about 24” long, the fan is 13” wide. The tin man is also all metal, painted, and 31.5” tall. The sign is wood and 9.75” x 7.75”.
