A unique coffee table that can be used as a regular sized coffee table, or the top lifts up and folds out to make a larger table for eating on the couch, or playing cards. As a coffee table it is 19” high and the top is 41.25” x 22”. With the top lifted and folded out, it becomes 25.75” high and 41.25” x 44”. It needs a couple of wood screws to secure the metal spring bracket to the bottom of the table, it is loose. Otherwise it is in good condition and could be very functional. Buyer will need to bring help to load, it is heavier than it looks.
