As a loveseat, it is 54.5" wide and 35" deep. The top of the back is 30" high
Folded out, the mattress is 6' long and 39" wide
The mattress shows age, but no wear, or stains. The Black Naugahyde covering on the couch is also in very good condition with no holes or damage
