Unique design. Each of the two trays sits on the hinges, and can be lifted out. With the trays out, the frame folds up for storage. The top tray is about 30" high, the bottom tray is 10" high. Each tray is 24" x 17.5" and has quarter-sawn Oak throughout. The bottom wheels turn, but do not spin freely to change directions.
