Heavy duty and well made. The motor is a 1.5 hp that will run on 115 or 230 volts, but is currently wired for 230. Did not have an outlet to test, but owner tells us it works well. Solid rubber wheels. The cord insulation is off where the cord enters the motor - see pics. Otherwise, it appears to be in good usable condition.
