All Oak, with 3 positions. Can be raised up to use as a high chair, or lowered down to where it is on the steel wheels with the back handle out. Complete and sturdy
In the upright position, the top of the back is 40” high, and the seat is 24” high. In the middle position the seat is 20” high. In the lower position, with the rear wheels also on the ground, the seat is about 12” off the ground, and the handle is pushed out the back
Well-made and intact. The two side screws that the tray pivots on are loose, the rest is sturdy and fairly tight
