Both are authentic Seikosha Clocks from prewar Japan, Neither is running, will not run for more than a few seconds. Both have pendulums and winding keys
The clock with the octagon face is 22” long and the face is 12” wide. The clock with the round face is 21.5” tall and the face is 13.5” wide
