According to the tag it is made by the Anstice Co. in Rochester, NY and a ‘Sterling Silver Cleaner and Burnisher, Model 60, Serial Number 5, Machine Number 6-759-47’. It probably had a small motor on the lower side, which turned a pulley attached to the round piece on the bottom, which turns the tumbler. The tumbler locks shut and would turn slowly. This was sitting under a tarp, and has not been used for a long time. It needs rubber seals around the tank, and a motor. The top is 36” tall. The tank under the main barrel is 21” x 17” Heavy, buyer will need to bring help to load.
