This setup was mounted on a wooden bench with the motor below, but the bench deteriorated. The lapidary cutter/grinder is made by FranTom. It is turned with the pulleys under the guard on the left side. To the far left it has a 6” cutting wheel, in the middle are two 7” polishing wheels, and to the far right is an 8” polishing disc. The motor is a Leeson 1/3 hp that run smoothly, but rattles slightly. It needs the wood piece replaced under the tank below the cutting wheel on the far left, and a water system added. It has all of the connections to pump water over the two middle wheels. The main piece is about 31” wide.
