• Seller tells us he won this shotgun in the raffle at a National Wild Turkey Federation Dinner, and it has never been fired. It is a Winchester Model 1300, with NWTF Engravings on both sides. Some say this model is the fastest of all pump shotguns. The barrel is marked Turkey 12 Ga 2 3/4” & 3”. It has a laminated multi-grain stock and foregrip. The barrel has a screw-in choke, with 3 chokes and the choke tool. Includes the original owner’s booklet. The barrel is 22”, overall length is just under 43”. It has very light rust in a couple of places, from being stored in the box outside the gun safe. Will easily clean off.  PLEASE DON'T BID UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

This is a firearm, subject to state and federal regulations. All firearm purchases must be picked up at Woodland Firearms, a Federal Firearms Dealer located in Woodland, Ca. They will oversee the required transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period required by law. Woodland Firearms, operates from a private location by appointment only. It is easy to make an appointment on their website, and they will contact you to confirm the appointment and location. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Transfer fee of $73.00 ($63.00 for Handguns). There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There are also several other rules to be aware of prior to bidding, including:

• The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.
• In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
