All old school heart redwood furniture, made by Sequoia Brand California Redwood Furniture. All of this was in the attic of the home, so it is not weathered. With some TLC, this could be a gorgeous, and unique set. There are 5 chairs, a small two-tiered table, and a footrest. Most have the Sequoia tag somewhere. 4 of the chairs have an arm on either side to sit together, the other chair has 2 arms. All are well made and sturdy. Each chair has a hinged back, so they can be folded down to move or store by removing a couple of bolts. The cushions are all Naugahyde with a fabric on one side. They are in good condition, but the fabric needs cleaning on each. No cushion found for the foot stool. Each of the chairs has metal straps on springs to hold the cushions, and originally had a heavy woven material over each strap to protect the cushions. Most of the woven material pieces needs to be reattached and a few are missing. The chairs are all larger size. Each is 30” high at the back posts. The seats are 17” high with cushions, at least 22” wide and 19” deep. The table is 21.5” high on the upper tier, 12.5” on the lower, 17” wide and 30” deep. These match the furniture in Lot 140
