All quarter Sawn Oak, with a typed card with some history going back to Georgia in the mid 1800’s - see pics of card. According to the seller, the card was made by his mother who recently passed away at age 93. A well-made chair, with rounded silver bolts holding down the front of the back brace, and a carved wood design in the back. Has some wear on the finish, but in very good original condition. the top of the back is 36” high, the seat is 17.5” high, and the front is 17” wide.
