Runs very well. Starts right up, and everything seems to work, including headlight. May be low hour, but has been sitting outside. Part of seat has been covered with duct tape. All plastics show some weathering, but they are complete. Has original tool kit.  Brakes barely work due to stuck cables and pedal. Tires all have lots of tread, but the front tire has cracking in the sidewall from sitting with a flat. They all seem to hold air. Owner cannot locate title, and will provide a Bill of Sale to buyer.
