Description:

Appears to be complete. Owner tells us it was running when parked 2 years ago. The back brakes are frozen, so back wheels don't turn at all. Kicks over and has very good compression, and the shifter works, appears to go into all gears. Gas tank is dry and corroded inside, so did not attempt to start. Has electric start, rear rack, and tool box. No paperwork, owner believes it has not been registered for off-road, so not in DMV System. All 3 tires have lots of tread.
