Very well made and comfortable - especially for a futon
All Oak frame, with a front section that slides out. The back lays down flat, held in place by pegs
Makes into a full sized bed
Configured as a chair, it is 32" tall, 63" wide and about 41" deep
Configured as a bed, the mattress is 6'1" long and 4'5" wide
Has a zipper on the both covers, so they can be removed
The pad could use a light cleaning, but it is in very good condition
