The Sofa is 7'2" long, the loveseat is 5'2". Each is 36" high and about 41" deep. Both have two removable lower cushions and two back pillows. Both need cleaning, but will clean up and are otherwise in good condition with minor signs of wear. Buyer - this is at a different warehouse in Woodland. Call to arrange to pick up either before or after the regular pickup.
