Reclines electrically, not the type that stands up. It has a USB charging port in the side. Made by Home Meridian. It has some minor scuffs in the leather, but is in good condition and fairly new. In the upright position, the top of the back is 39” high, sides are 32” wide, and it is about 40” deep. Heavy, and hard to move. It will need to be carried out of the house, buyer will need to bring help to move and load.
