Both are quality helmets, made for competition. The Oregon helmet is a Schutt. Could not find a maker’s name on the Missouri helmet, but it is authentic and has the NCAA sticker. It is probably a Schutt or Riddel. It also has some minor scuffs, like it may have been worn briefly (by a bench player). Both helmets also have clear eye guards inside the mask.
