The furniture is all modern, lightweight, made of manufactured wood. The two lamps have metal water pitcher bases. The mirror is attached to the back of the vanity. All show light use and are in good usable condition. All drawers slide smoothly. The surface of the vanity is 34.5” high, 58” wide and 17” deep. The mirror itself is 42” tall and 38” wide. The dresser is 36” tall, 40” wide and 17” deep. The Nightstand is 24” tall, 26” wide and 16” deep. Both lamps are 27” tall. Buyer will need to disassemble the mirror from the vanity and will need to bring help to move these out of the back of the house.
