Mounts in the trailer hitch receiver, for hauling a mobility scooter. It has been sitting out, unused for 10 years or so. It is all intact, and will swing out to the side. It has an electric motor in the top to raise and lower the deck, and it was in the down position so the motor may be bad. Otherwise complete, and looks like it is worth fixing, this is the deluxe model and expensive new. The deck is 4’ wide and 27” deep.
