A well made camper, but the roof has been leaking around the center vent and it has water damage in the ceiling. It looks fine forward from the vent, but is damaged behind the vent. The floor is all solid except for the last 12” near the entry, which is spongy. It is a Lance SquireLite 165, 8’ 6”. According to the owner’s manual and documentation it weighs 1,773 lbs loaded. It looks like it would work on a short bed pickup with the tailgate down. It has a Domestic 3-way refrigerator, propane stovetop, heater, and hot water heater. It has a bathroom with toilet and shower, and an outside shower. Buyer can back right up to it, and will need to devise hold downs.
