Description:

  • Hobart ‘Edge’ Model. All stainless, will slice from very thin to about 1/2 thick. The motor runs smoothly. The blade shows some use but is in usable condition. It needs a bolt and washer to hold the swing section on, and it needs two feet for the left side of the bottom.  Otherwise complete and ready to use. A nice, commercial quality slicer. The blade is 11.75” wide. The machine is 21” wide and about 16.5” high. Fairly heavy.
