Includes the hardware and shelf. It is actually an upper shelf sitting on a lower shelf with a steel frame and castors below. Most of the hardware is well organized, and there is a huge variety. The middle shelf is a little flimsy, could use some reinforcement. The top section is stronger and has angled shelves. Buyer will need to unload to move this, and will need to bring bins to put the hardware trays in. The top of the upper shelf is 62” high. The lower shelf is 36” wide and 12” deep.
