Description:

This was in the garage of a hot rod builder, who built many over the years. The history is not known. It has been used. We were able to shift it from neutral into two different gears, and it turns the driveshaft section smoothly. There is some gasket material around where the tail section bolts on, see pics, that looks like it may have been apart at some point. The owner was a qualified transmission rebuilder. It is believed to be an aftermarket Tremec T56, 6 Speed transmission. The case is marked Tremec, with the casting number 13-86-065-902. The bar code tag on the top also has a GCCB, TUET6400 and *61GCCBT000532. The casting number on the bell housing appears to be CUCM2030. There are some other marks around the starter section, see pics.
