Description:

Both are Naugahyde, bought from JC Penny in 2011, Both have double reclining seats, released with the pull on each side
Both units are 39” high at the back and about 40” deep in the upright position. The sofa is 90” wide, the loveseat is about 69” wide
Both show wear on the arms, but are in good condition. Two of the recliners don’t work right and need minor repair, one on each
Buyer will need help to carry and load. These are not super heavy, but large and bulky and will need to be carried out a sliding glass door and around the side of the house.
