Both are modern, all wood, quality construction, and very lightly used. The upholstery is in very good condition. Both have some scratches on the feet. Made by Flex Steel Industries, Riverside, CA
The top of each back is 42” high. The outside of the arms are 29”, and they are about 32” deep
Both are sturdy, well made and in good condition
