Camper is old, but structurally sound. Built in 1981. Seller last used it on a trip to Mexico 4 years ago, has been sitting since. At that time, the propane fridge, heater, hot water heater, stove all worked, and the camper was water tight
Overall it is 13'6" long
The inside of the roof is flimsy, but sound. Feels like it has some soft wood inside the ceiling and roof skin, around the top vent
Needs major cleaning, and TLC. Also needs the vents caulked
Includes the 4 camper jacks. 3 are tightly attached, one front corner is a little loose but holding
