Appears to be complete, and the motor can be turned by hand
Unique design, with the engine off to the side so the driver looks down the middle
Has the front end section, but it is off and sitting on the ground
The transmission shifts freely into all gears
Both back tires are flat and in bad shape
The steering works, but there is a lot of play - almost a full turn of the wheel
There is a large tree between the tractor and driveway, it will need some maneuvering to get out
