Each of the spools has hundreds of feet of cable that is unidentified, may be military field cable for communications. It has a wire mesh under the outside layer, similar to coax, but inside are 4 or 5 small twisted copper pairs. See pics of the plug connectors and the close up pics of cut cable. The seller used this for fencing, and it is very strong and durable. Each of the spools is marked Arvin DR-15-B and is heavy steel. Buyer can back right up to it.
