The lid fits in very tightly so you have to sort of push it to get it to seal. Handles are wood, and the sides and lid are made out of steel. There are also three old lanterns and two of them are marked Dietz. The small bank is made of brass and the two canteens are made of plastic and aluminum. Please see the pictures for the dimensions. The glass on the lanterns is in good shape, though there is some wax on the inside of them.
