It is a coin operated machine that would’ve been in a pub or other public place, but the coin mechanism is not connected. There is no key for this machine, but it is unlocked. The top piece is made out of wood and the base is made of mostly metal. The original artwork would not have been what’s in it now, it would’ve been a picture of a palm or something of that nature.
