These are reusable and washable. All are brand new in the package. Made for covering your basic folding chairs for events like weddings and birthdays. The Outer box has lots of wear to it, but these are all brand new in the package. One package is opened for pictures. You can see that there are little reinforced pockets to put the feet of the chairs in. Chair not included.
