Made by Exercycle Corp in New York. Believed to be from the 1950’s. There are two speeds, with a shifter below. The motor makes the seat move as the handlebars go back and forth and some push is added to the pedals, but they can be stopped. There is an adjustment on front to set the weight of the rider. It desperately needs a new power cord, it is crispy. Otherwise it only appears to need a deep cleaning. It runs quietly and smoothly. About 48” tall and 42” long. Includes the rubber pads for the feet but they are cracking and old.
