A beautiful baby grand in good condition. Seller tells us it was his grandmothers then his mothers, and has been in the family for many decades. Serial number 328810, which dates between 1921 and 1925. Seller tells us his mother had the keys and hammers rebuilt about 25 years ago, and played it very little since. Nice, smaller size for a baby grand. About 57” deep and 56” wide. With the top closed it is about 38.5” high. The last 3 keys to the right stick and are not hitting the strings right, otherwise all keys work and it has good tone. Includes the original matching bench. Buyers will need to arrange a piano mover or other plan to move. It is fairly close to the front door with no steps. The mover can get close on level ground.
