Description:
  • According to the tag, it is a 2 Wheel Cargo Trailer, Model Checker CC-5A (the same company that later built taxi cabs???). There is old stenciling on the sides with the date 12-44 visible. Both taillights appear to be the original Black out lights, one with a small red lens. There is an emergency brake handle on one side of the back, cables are stuck. Lots of surface rust, but no rot found. The steel is all solid and thick. There are a few dings on the fenders and sides - tried to get in pics, but they are in good original condition and very restorable. The wiring is deteriorated and needs to be replaced. The tires are surprisingly good, was parked in the shade.
  • The bed is 8’ long and 4’3” wide on the outside. The outside of the fenders is about 71” wide. Overall it is just under 12’ long.
  • Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale. No evidence that this trailer was ever registered with DMV. Buyer will need to get a DMV VIN number or get the existing numbers verified by DMV.
