Description:

In/Out gearbox on side, with a brake. We hooked up a 12V battery (not included) and it works smoothly. The gearbox engages/disengages easily. Could not find a maker’s name, it has been repainted. Very heavy duty, was probably on front of an ag implement trailer. Freewheels easily to pull the cable out. Mounted on steel plate and mount.
