• Marlin ‘Glenfield Model 60’ semi-auto with tube magazine. The Tasco scope is a 2-6 x 20 with a clear view through the lens. The rifle is Serial Number 24438006. Very good condition, with only minor scuffs on the stock. The bluing is nice, and the action is smooth. The barrel is 22”. Overall, it is 40.5” long. Includes a padded case and 1,000+ rounds of .22 Long Rifle Shells. The padded case is by Boyt, and it has a prior owner’s name on the side in gold paint lettering. This is a firearm, subject to state and federal regulations. All firearm purchases must be picked up at Woodland Firearms, a newly licensed Federal Firearms Dealer located in Woodland, Ca. They will oversee the required transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period required by law. Woodland Firearms, operates from a private location by appointment only. It is easy to make an appointment on their website, and they will contact you to confirm the appointment and location. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Transfer fee of $73.00 ($63.00 for Handguns) per firearm. There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There are also several other rules to be aware of prior to bidding, including:

• The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.
• In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
