• A well-made 12 gauge over/under shotgun. Made by Huglu in Turkey. Seller tells us it was only fired a few times, and shows very little wear or use. Checkered wood stock, with detailed engraving on the side of the action. Chambered for 3” shells, the barrels are 25.5”, vent ribbed, with a screw-in choke in each barrel. Overall length is 42.5” with the butt pad. Serial Number 97.1213. Includes a carrying case. No additional screw in chokes or choke tube tool found. A beautiful shotgun in very good condition.

  This is a firearm, subject to state and federal regulations. All firearm purchases must be picked up at Woodland Firearms, a Federal Firearms Dealer located in Woodland, Ca. They will oversee the required transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period required by law. Woodland Firearms, operates from their new location at 1122 Pendegast St. in Woodland, Ca, by appointment only. It is easy to make an appointment on their website, and they will contact you to confirm. They have this firearm and it is available for viewing, by appointment during their normal business hours, which are Daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.   In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Long Gun fee of $83.00 There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There are also several other rules to be aware of prior to bidding, including:

• The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.
• In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
