A well-made 12 gauge over/under shotgun by Huglu of Turkey. It shows no sign of ever being fired. Checkered wood stock, with detailed waterfowl engraving on the side of the action. Holds at least 3” shells, and the barrel is stamped Magnum. The barrels are 28”, both vent ribbed, with a screw-in choke. Overall length is 44”. Serial Number 98.1126. Both barrels have a choke tube, but no other tubes or the tool were found. Includes a padded carrying case. A beautiful shotgun in very good condition. Includes a padded Kryptek Carrying Case. In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Long Gun fee of $83.00 There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. - The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.
- In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
